Orders, Tracking and Delivery
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL AND ON IT'S WAY TO ME?
Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Once you item has been dispatched you will receive an email which contains information on how to track your order.
CAN I ADD ITEMS, CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IVE CONFIRMED IT?
Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order. However you can once the item is received return your item for a refund (please see REFUNDS for more info)
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- You should have received a dispatch email after you made your purchase.
- On your dispatch confirmation there will be your tracking number.
- Go www.dawnwing.co.za and click on the icon "track and trace"
- Enter your tracking number into the search bar and press "go"
- Information regarding your product will display

CAN THE COURIER CALL BEFORE DELIVERY?
Unfortunately our couriers don't call before delivering. However, as soon as we dispatch your order we will send you an email with the tracking details so that you can track the delivery progress online. If the couriers were unable to deliver on their first attempt they will phone you to arrange a suitable time.
